Such a beautiful, floral honey with a smooth consistency that can be drizzled over yoghurt bowls, pancakes, desserts. Love the ingredients too - schisandra is one of my favourites! Would make a lovely gift too.

Wow, I did not expect to love this so much. I could seriously just eat it off the spoon, but it also goes well on toast, over porridge or pancakes as it melts like a choc sauce. The leatherwood honey seems to really compliment that natural earthiness of dark chocolate and mushrooms. Almost has a healthy Nutella feel. Will be buying this again for sure!

Honestly just eat this off the spoon. Rich cacao flavour without being sickly sweet. Goes unreal stirred into warm milk too.

Started adding this to hot water instead of my usual lemon drink. Really comforting on cold Tassie mornings. Jar didn't last very long in our house 😅

Wasn't sure about mushrooms and honey together but this works surprisingly well. Tastes a bit like a healthier chocolate spread. Pretty addictive.

Love this one on toast. Thought the turmeric might be overpowering but it's really balanced. Ordered another jar already.

Probably my favourite jar so far. Lovely in yoghurt bowls and overnight oats. The texture is beautiful and tastes really natural.
