We want your BeeYumi order to arrive simply, safely, and without complication.
Below is everything you need to know about how we pack, send, and handle your order.


Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Please note that once your order has been handed over, delivery timeframes are at the discretion of the shipping provider and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. BeeYumi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We take great care in packaging your jars to ensure they arrive safely.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (food), we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping provider.

BeeYumi is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once the parcel has been handed over. However, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your order where possible.


Product Nature

Our products are made with natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, or consistency may occur and are a normal part of the product. These do not qualify as faults.
