Wow, I did not expect to love this so much. I could seriously just eat it off the spoon, but it also goes well on toast, over porridge or pancakes as it melts like a choc sauce. The leatherwood honey seems to really compliment that natural earthiness of dark chocolate and mushrooms. Almost has a healthy Nutella feel. Will be buying this again for sure!
