What superfoods are inside?

Raw Cacao
Raw cacao tastes like cocoa, but there's a difference: it's unprocessed, unroasted, and keeps all the compounds that make chocolate (actually) good for you. Including theobromine for a more gentle lift, along with flavonoids, antioxidants and other compounds found in cacao. Cacao also contains phenylethylamine, knoen to make you feel happy.

Lion's Mane Mushroom
This is the thinking mushroom, it even looks like a brain! Lion's Mane has been researched to have one of the only known sources of compounds that stimulate nerve growth factor (NGF), a protein that supports the growth and survival of brain cells. Used traditionally for mental clarity and focus.

Reishi Mushroom
Reishi mushroom is like a deep breath. It's calming, soothing, and supportive. This ancient fungus is used in Chinese medicine to support sleep, stress, and longevity.

Chaga Mushroom
Unusual and craggy, Chaga may not be the world's most beautiful mushroom, but it is one of the most antioxidant-rich substances in nature. It's commonly used in European folk medicine as well as traditional East Asian medicine for digestive and immune health.

Shiitake Mushroom
Shiitake is known for it's general wellness benefits, it brings an earthy balance to our blend.

Lucuma
A fruit that tastes like caramel? You just have to try it to believe it. Lucuma comes from the Andes and has been used as a sugar alternative and digestive aid for centuries.
The Origin Story
Blended honey, traditionally known as an electuary; was historically made to activate healing properties within the plants, preserve and extend shelf life, while making the "medicine" delicious and nourishing.
The TRADITION behind it
Cacao and medicinal mushrooms are deeply respected in the cultures they're part of:
Raw cacao was sacred to the Aztecs and Maya who called it the "food of the gods." It was used ceremonially for strength, vitality, and spiritual connection (and still is today).
Reishi is not just another fungus in Chinese medicine, but one of the most prized and revered medicinal herbs. It was originally considered more precious than ginseng and was reserved for royalty. For over 2,000 years it has been used to support longevity and the "shen" (spirit).
Lion's Mane was also used to support the shen, which contains aspects of both the mind and the heart. It was mainly used for brain health and memory.
Chaga was commonly used in Russian and Scandinavian folk medicine, brewed as an immune elixir.
Shiitake has long been used as both a food and a medicine for a long, healthy life.
Lucuma was so revered by the ancient Incas that they painted it on their pottery and was offered in ceremonies for fertility and abundance.
