We start with raw Tasmanian Leatherwood honey: a distinctive, floral foundation that gives every BeeYumi blend its character.
Then we choose wholefood ingredients for what they bring to the finished jar: flavour, texture and a thoughtful role in the blend. Ginger and turmeric. Cacao and mushrooms. Berries and hibiscus. Vanilla and collagen.
Our approach is to work with the whole ingredient where it makes sense. We care about the ingredients themselves, how they come together, and how easily the finished blend fits into your day.
No fillers. No binders. No artificial flavours. We choose organic ingredients wherever possible, and every ingredient has a reason to be there.
Formulated with our family’s naturopathic knowledge and handcrafted in Tasmania, each jar is stirred over the course of a week. Taking that time is part of the care behind BeeYumi.

BeeYumi takes inspiration from the electuary: a traditional preparation of honey with herbs, spices and botanicals. We’ve brought that idea into a collection of delicious pantry staples for modern daily life.
Our connection to Tasmania matters just as much. Leatherwood trees grow in the island’s ancient rainforest regions. Without healthy forests, there is no Leatherwood honey, and no BeeYumi as we know it.
